Following AXA’s July 2008 update, advisers should look out for further updates over the coming months, including:
- October 2008: MLC update - Terms and Conditions
- October 2008: Zurich update
- October 2008: Macquarie update - late October
- November 2008: AMP - Product features enhancements effective from 17 November
Advisers and dealer groups should also expect a number of new entrants over the next six to nine months into the automatic underwriting services arena, as other insurers queue to join companies such as Macquarie, ING, Aviva, AMP and TOWER, who have stolen a march in this new area.
