Adviser Revenue Growth - AFS Group Initiative

AFS Group has reported a 27% average growth in revenue for advisers who have participated in its ‘Business School’ initiative.

This growth in average adviser revenue was reported by AFS as it announced an update for its Business School adviser learning program.  AFS CEO, Peter Daly, said the Business School had exceeded all expectations, with the 27% average revenue increase based on the first six months activity of Business School graduates following their participation.

“Furthermore, the feedback confirmed there was an overwhelming demand for a more advanced post Business School program to build on the knowledge and insight gained”, said Mr Daly, as he announced details about the updated learning and development Business School programs.

AFS advises the success of its Business School initiative ‘… resulted in an overwhelming demand from the graduates for AFS to provide a further, more advanced business skills learning and development program.’

This feedback resulted in the launch of the AFS Summer School that was the dealer group’s first learning and development program for 2009.

AFS reports it will conduct 300 individual learning and development programs this year for its advisers and practice principals.
