The AFA has launched its National Conference for 2009, with this years’ theme centred on ’Creating the Future’.
In his welcome to delegates, Conference Chair, Troy Edmondson, emphasises that the planning of the Conference is being conducted by practising advisers, and that the Conference will focus on meeting the current needs of those working in the industry.
To be held on the Gold Coast from Sunday 4 October to Tuesday 6 October, this year’s program includes several pre-conference workshops as well as a variety of keynote speakers and expert panels that will address a diverse range of issues that will have an impact on the adviser him/herself and the nature of their business practice.
Following the success of the last two years, the popular ‘Meet the Professionals’ series is set to continue, with specialists available to share their expertise in areas such as:

- Trauma Insurance
- Practice Management
- The X Factor
