AIA Australia (AIA) commences the roll-out of its much awaited eApp Express platform this week.
Designed to offer advisers “… a more holistic and modernised sales support system…”, eApp Express will be rolled out nationally in a phased approach, commencing in Victoria and reaching all states by the end of September.
The platform includes:
- An electronic application with tailored, intuitive questions triggered by answers to previous questions
- Automated updates for ongoing enhancements
- Improved listings, such as occupations
According to AIA, key deliverables and benefits of the new package include:
- The ability for advisers to offer their clients greater certainty associated with purchasing life insurance, meaning they’ll be exposed to less time without cover
- Improved turnaround times
- A simple and intuitive navigation system
- A simple enquiry system
- Automated submissions
