CoreData, part of the brandmanagement Group, is in the process of gathering advisers’ opinions about their insurance providers as part of its annual risk study.
According to the researcher, the feedback it receives from this survey provides a collective indication as to where the risk insurance industry is heading.
Adviser survey responses also helps CoreData determine the level of service quality being delivered to advisers by their suppliers: “…this study provides insight into how insurance companies are making life easier or more difficult for those who deal with them.”
