Commenting on the winners of FSP Adviser of the Year, CEO Geoff Rimmer, said it was impossible for the judging panel to split the two advisers:
“Both have been integral to each others’ success and it would not be fair on the other party if we were to single out only one of them.”
One of the most outstanding characteristics is their treatment of clients, especially at claim time
Mr Rimmer added, “One of the most outstanding characteristics is their treatment of clients, especially at claim time. Aubrey and Raoul pride themselves on going above and beyond for their clients when they need them most. Like many risk specialists they will sit with the client or beneficiaries and ensure a good outcome where they can. They visit clients in hospital, they send flowers to family members, they assist in the claim forms for the clients and process it on their behalf. The gratitude they have received in return for their service has been exceptional,” said Mr Rimmer.
