Coinciding with the launch of TOWER Australia’s new Accelerated Protection product range and technology package, TOWER has recently opened an updated website for advisers.
The insurer’s new website portal, called the TOWER Adviser Centre, is intended as a ’one-stop-shop’ to assist advisers manage all their TOWER insurance business.
According to TOWER, advisers can access the following functions from the new site:
- Quotations - online and offline
- Online applications - integrated with TOWER’s updated Accelerated Underwriting rules engine
- Suspense tracking - to monitor the status of applications in progress and outstanding underwriting requirements
- Inforce business, including client reports and correspondence archives
- Adviser commission reports
- An ordering and download facility for all documents and forms, including product and marketing collateral
TOWER Australia’s CEO for Retail Life, Brett Clark, said “The introduction of the Accelerated Protection platform coupled with this new website is about helping advisers put more business on the books more quickly, getting access to the required information faster and in a more user-friendly form, and providing enhanced service outcomes to their clients.”
