ING has announced it has opened its online insurance application and RiskWorks case management system to the company’s Corporate Super and Integra Super products.
This extension follows a successful implementation of online insurance underwriting and applications to ING’s OneAnswer Personal Super clients in July 2009.
Pointing out the value of the service, especially to advisers less familiar with insurance, ING Head of Retail Platforms and Employer, Mark Pankhurst, said “Advisers have responded to the simplicity and ease-of-use of the online application - particularly those who are relatively new to insurance. It significantly reduces the amount of time and paperwork involved when applying for insurance.”
