MLC has stated the importance of customer service as one of its key strategic priorities for 2010, with Mr Hagger commenting, “A key focus for our Retail Insurance Operations team in 2010 will be further building an industry leading position in customer service.  This will be assisted by utilising innovative technology such as the RiskFirst new business and underwriting tool following the acquisition of Aviva Australia.”

“We remain committed to our philosophy of putting clients first and delivering insurance solutions that meet their needs in the most sustainable and affordable way,” added Mr Hagger.
