AIA Australia (AIA) has announced the launch of a new online Claims Tracking tool, intended to enhance the claims experience for advisers and their clients.
In the company’s latest Adviser News bulletin, AIA reveals details of its new e-tool service which, it says, gives the adviser the ability to view and track the progress and status of their clients’ claims, no matter what stage in the process it may be.
The AIA Claims Tracking service is a secure application which will give advisers access to information related to their clients only.
Features of the service include:
- Details of benefits applicable
- Payments made
- Outstanding requirements
- Assessor contact details
- Any other relevant information
A search function allows the adviser to search for his/her clients by any one of the following criteria:
- Policy name
- Life insured name
- Claim number
