ING has announced three senior appointments within its Life Risk division servicing advisers and their clients:
- Emlyn Pugh: National Claims Manager
- Jeff Gourlie: National Underwriting Manager
- Michael Williams: National Operations Manager
Mr Pugh’s appointment as ING’s National Claims Manager follows his most recent role as Executive Manager, Risk Management and Claims Strategic Solutions at CommInsure.
Mr Gourlie enters the newly-created position of National Underwriting Manager, and will report to ING’s Chief Underwriter, John Leonard. He was previously head underwriter for AIA/AIG Life Australia, and Underwriting Manager for Victoria/Tasmania within ING.
Mr Williams was most recently Head of Employer Super Account Management at ING Australia.
