ING Launches New Client Publication

ING has recently launched an excellent new ‘customer-facing’ insurance magazine named Covered.

To be sent with clients’ policy renewal letters throughout 2010, Covered is intended as an educational tool for current and prospective clients that highlights the importance of life insurance and the role it plays in planning for the future.

The insurer says the magazine’s contents will typically include:

  • Real-life claim stories
  • Health and lifestyle articles
  • Policy upgrade information
  • Brain teasers /competitions

There will be one major issue of Covered each year, with minor updates during the course of the year.  The publication was launched in December 2009 and updated earlier this month.
