AMP Horizons has appointed a recruitment industry specialist in its efforts to expand its growing national footprint.
Julia Byrne has been appointed as AMP Horizon’s Head of Planner Recruitment, reporting to AMP Horizons Director, Tim Steele.
Ms Byrne previously held senior management roles at organisations including RSP Recruitment Australia, Morgan and Banks and Drake International.
Mr Steele said, “An immediate priority for Julia will be refining our assessment process for prospective candidates and identifying new talent pools for attracting high calibre candidates to the program nationally.”
AMP Horizon’s current intake has seen 32 new candidates selected to join the dealer group program from more than 1,300 people who applied.
Ms Byrne commenced with AMP Horizons on 11 May.
