The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) has announced the finalists for its 2011 Rising Star of the Year Award.
The Award, sponsored by OnePath, recognises the achievements of advisers who have been working in the industry for less than three years.
The 2011 finalists are:
- Nicholas Brian – Complete Risk Analysis (VIC)
- Marion Gaertner – Elders Financial Planning (SA)
- Matt Hale – Financial Design for Life (VIC)
- Finn Kelly – Wealth Enhancers (VIC)
- Ali Mohammed – Planet Insurance and Financial Planning (VIC)
- Mark Rattigan – Merideon Wealth Strategies (WA)
“The Rising Star Award allows us to shine the light across Australia to identify and recognise some of our best and brightest advisers,” said AFA CEO, Richard Klipin.
“We are extremely proud of past finalists and winners, many of whom now sit on the AFA Board and Committees. I look forward to seeing what path this year’s finalists take.”
The winner of the AFA’s Rising Star of the Year Award will be announced at the AFA’s National Conference in October.
