FSP and ClearView have made senior executive appointments, while AFS has welcomed back a former employee.
FSP

Mr Smith, who has held numerous executive roles within the OnePath group (formerly ING), was appointed to the role on 5 December 2011.
In his new capacity, Mr Smith confirmed the group’s strategic initiatives for 2012, which will focus on business protection and growth in a Future of Financial Advice (FoFA) environment, new dealer group terms and adviser recruitment.
AFS
In other appointment news AFS Group has welcomed back former employee Ken Blayney, who will once more take up the role of Regional Manager for Western Australia and South Australia.
Mr Blayney left AFS last year but has subsequently returned to the dealer group, following the departure of Jim Ivester.
AFS CEO, Peter Daly, said Mr Blayney was one of the group’s most successful Regional Managers and would be warmly welcomed back by the regions’ advisers and practice managers.
