Former FOS staffer Troy Nutley has moved into the newly created role of Senior Adviser, Policy and Professionalism and will report to the AFA’s General Manager, Policy, Professionalism and Marketing, Samantha Clarke who was appointed in mid-October 2015.

Nutley will oversee the research, development and documentation of the AFA’s public policy and association professionalism agenda and has also previously worked for non-aligned planning group, Centrepoint Alliance, for the past two years.

The AFA has also appointed chartered accountant Peter Windle as General Manager, Financial Operations. Windle has held senior roles with executive search firms and most recently has been working as a consultant in the area of businesses and accounting systems.

Rounding out the trio is Events Associate, Natasha Raleigh, who will be responsible for the planning and delivery of AFA events.

Apart from the appointment of Clark in October last year the AFA also appointed former Head of Operations for Netwealth, Roz Kaye, to the newly-created role of Member Services Manager and refocused the role of Nick Hakes to include member services and partnerships alongside his Campus AFA responsibilities.
