MLC Digital Push Leads to New Website

MLC Life Insurance has launched a new website as it shifts the business to a more digitally focused organisation and as part of a widespread technology upgrade taking place within the insurer (see: MLC Eyes Digital Driven Future As New Team Named).

The launch of the new website follows the recent announcement that MLC Life would partner with ClaimVantage to create a cloud-based automated claims processing system (see: MLC Launches New Claims Technology Platform) as part of a new focus on ‘human-centred products and services’.

MLC Life Insurance Head of Digital, Tim Roso said the new website was designed for use by customers, advisers and superannuation funds and was aimed at building a better understanding of life insurance among consumers.

To achieve this the site includes a life insurance cover selector tool to help customer identify what areas of insurance protection they require and what insurance options are available from MLC Life.

“Our investments in digital, data and technology capabilities will better enable us to deliver customer-centric life insurance propositions. Our new website signifies the next step in our digital transformation. We are keen to simplify and enhance the experiences we provide to our customers, advisers and group insurance partners,” Roso said.
