Melbourne based advisory firm, MEDIQ Financial Services has won the 2017 AFA Practice of the Year Award.
The AFA stated the award was presented to extraordinary and visionary practices and recognising leadership, innovation, customer focus and professional excellence with AFA Chief Executive, Phil Kewin adding that MEDIQ Financial Services was leading the profession.
In its fourth year, the AFA Practice of the Year recognises leading advice businesses.
In a similar process to the Adviser of the Year Award, the nominees and finalists experience a rigorous and detailed judging process including an in-depth client feedback survey, site visit, examination of advice documents and interviews with staff, prior to the grand finalists being required to deliver a final presentation to the judging panel.
Mediq was represented at the awards by Managing Partner, Ravi Agarwal and is the fourth winner of this Award, which is presented as a joint AFA/Zurich initiative.
