Wellness Programs Enhanced

MLC Life Insurance and AIA Australia have made changes to their wellness programs providing clients with more options on how they use the program.

MLC Life Insurance has expanded the number of fitness tracking wearable devices that MLC On Track members can use and now allows customers to use their own tracker or smartwatch.

The On Track program uses fitness tracking technology to measure physical activity and reward customers with reduced premiums when specific targets are achieved.

Meanwhile, AIA Australia will allow its members to donate their weekly Active Benefits reward, earned under the AIA Vitality program, to either the Black Dog Institute, Cancer Council Australia or Diabetes Australia.

Earlier this year, AIA Vitality introduced enhanced Active Benefits, which rewards members with a $5 voucher each week if they met personalised, weekly physical activity targets.
