Integrity Life has recruited two further senior staffers from its larger competitors ahead of the release of retail products to advisers later this year.
The insurer stated it had appointed ClearView Wealth Head of Operations, Mark McCrea as Operations Manager and ANZ National Manager for Product Policy, Jacqueline Little as Head of Product.
McCrea joins Integrity Life after six years with ClearView Wealth where he held a number of life insurance related roles, and has previously worked at Tower, OnePath, AMP and Asteron Life.
Little moves from ANZ, where she held her previous role from late 2017 and, prior to that held a number of roles related to group life insurance and product development at CommInsure.
Integrity Life Managing Director, Chris Powell said McCrea and Little would work alongside a number of sector specialists – including General Manager of Distribution, Suzie Brown, who joined the insurer from TAL in July – adding, “… we benefit from some extraordinary industry talent, all of whom share the vision to provide life insurance as it’s meant to be”.
The insurer also announced the appointment of former Munich Re Group Managing Director – Australasia, Heinrich Eder to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Eder said: “I’ve been watching the development of Integrity Life with interest, and greatly look forward to working with MD Chris Powell, Chair Eric Dodd and my fellow Board members on this exciting mission which aligns with my values and my aspirations for the industry.
Integrity Life holds its own life insurance licence, which it purchased from QBE earlier this year (see: Start-Up Insurer Plans Move Into Retail) and currently offers group insurance and is set to launch retail products on mid-October (see: Integrity Life Names Retail Product Launch Date).
