NEOS Life has continued its expansion into the retail life insurance sector with the establishment of a team to service advisers in Western Australia.
The Perth-based appointments are:
Reon Botha
Reon Botha will lead the NEOS Life Western Australia sales team as its State Manager, Reon Botha. NEOS advises Botha has worked within the life insurance industry since 1992, both as a financial adviser and as a Business Development Manager. Most recently, Reon was a Senior Business Development Manager with AIA Australia in Perth.
John Griffiths
John Griffiths has been appointed as a Business Development Manager, working with Reon Botha. Griffiths has over 14 years’ experience in the life insurance industry, having commenced his life insurance career at TAL, where he was a Business Development Manager for almost 13 years. Most recently, Griffiths was a BDM for MLC Life Insurance in Perth.
Kon Vaporakis
NEOS has also recruited Kon Vaporakis as its Senior Underwriter for Western Australia. Vaporakis has over 22 years’ experience in the life insurance industry, and over 11 years’ experience as a senior/principle underwriter. His most recent role was with AIA Australia as its Principle Underwriter in Perth.
