Client data platform provider, CDM Solutions, is ramping up its service proposition to the risk adviser business market with new features and online webinar support.
Seeking to offer a solution for what has been a long-awaited universal client data feed facility for advisers, the firm has recently introduced automated policy renewal messaging for subscribing advice practices, intended to increase business efficiency by reducing time spent on managing client policy renewals.
The firm advises its client birthday and policy anniversary reports have been enhanced as it works to position its offer as the only stand-alone client insurance reporting system available in the Australian market.
Webinar support is also being provided for both existing advice business clients as well as for other advice practices considering this still-evolving service.
