Prior to undertaking the consulting business, Mr Collins worked for forty years as an adviser specialising in risk insurance.<\/p>\n<p>He received the OAM for his service to business, particularly to the financial planning industry. The OAM is awarded to individuals for service worthy of particular recognition.
