The toolkit includes a 90-second video and infographic, and advisers are also encouraged to post a picture of themselves as a child on anz.com\/equalfuture, and to use the campaign\u2019s hashtag #equalfuture.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is the latest in <span style=\"line-height: 1.5em\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.women.anz.com\/equal-future\" target=\"_blank\">ANZ\u2019s campaign<\/a> to strengthen the financial position of women.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In August, Financial Services Council CEO, <strong>Sally Loane<\/strong>, praised ANZ for its recently announced initiatives to increase superannuation for female employees and its offer of free superannuation advice for low-income customers (see: <a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2015\/07\/28\/anz-targets-gender-equality\/\">ANZ Targets Gender Equality<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>More recently, Assistant Treasurer, <strong>Josh Frydenberg<\/strong>, told a Tax Institute event in Sydney that the current tax reform process being undertaken by the Government provided an opportunity to see if anything more could be done to address the superannuation imbalance that exists for women.
