{"id":32669,"date":"2016-03-08T19:13:23","date_gmt":"2016-03-08T08:13:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/?p=32669"},"modified":"2016-03-09T07:53:38","modified_gmt":"2016-03-08T20:53:38","slug":"zurich-bt-make-strong-showing-in-client-service-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2016\/03\/08\/zurich-bt-make-strong-showing-in-client-service-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Zurich, BT Make Strong Showing in Client Service Team Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zurich and BT Financial Group have figured strongly in the riskinfo\/Beddoes Institute Client Service Team awards with both groups either winning an award or being named as a finalist.<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10789\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10789\" style=\"width: 123px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2011\/06\/shiels-rebecca.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10789\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10789\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2011\/06\/shiels-rebecca.jpg\" alt=\"Dr Rebecca Shiels\" width=\"123\" height=\"172\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-10789\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr Rebecca Sheils<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The three awards, now in their fourth year, cover underwriting, claims and business support services and are determined exclusively from adviser feedback collected from an extensive joint Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) and riskinfo database, which is then analysed by the Beddoes Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Of these awards, Zurich won the Underwriting and New Business Team of the Year; and the Business Support Services and BDM Team of the Year awards while BT Financial Group won the Claims Team of the Year award.
