MDRT Australia has announced that Melbourne based financial adviser, Jenny Brown<\/strong>, of JBS Financial Strategists, has taken on the role of Chair, succeeding Adelaide adviser, Adam McCann<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Brown, who presented a Focus Session at the 2017 MDRT Annual Meeting earlier this year, stepped into the role on 1 September, succeeding McCann who held the voluntary position since September 2015.<\/p>\n

In doing so, Brown has vacated her position as MDRT Victoria State Chair which has in turn been filled by Geelong based adviser, Jamie McIntyre<\/strong> of Mac Financial.<\/p>\n

The other state chairs – Dominique Schuh<\/strong>(Qld), Mathew Gale<\/strong> (NSW), Steven Genoff<\/strong> (SA), and Peter Tucker<\/strong> (WA) \u2013 remain unchanged and Ross Hultgren<\/strong> and Mathew Fogarty<\/strong> will continue as Regional Chair and Oceania Chair, respectively.<\/p>\n

Appointments have also been made to the MDRT\u2019s Executive Committee with James D. Pittman<\/strong> of Portland, Oregon named as the 92nd<\/sup> President, and Ian Green<\/strong> of London, England named as Secretary.<\/p>\n

Queensland based adviser, Ross Vanderwolf<\/strong>, will serve as First Vice President and Regina Bedoya<\/strong> of Juno Beach, Florida will serve as Second Vice President.<\/p>\n

Pittman is a 43-year MDRT member with 16 Court of the Table and five Top of the Table qualifications. A Platinum Knight of the MDRT Foundation, he is also a member of its Inner Circle Society, a distinguished group of donors, and has served on its Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Green is a 19-year MDRT member with five Court of the Table and 11 Top of the Table qualifications, a Diamond Knight of the MDRT Foundation and a member of its Inner Circle Society.<\/p>\n
