It promises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No exams<\/li>\n<li>No compliance<\/li>\n<li>No product flogs<\/li>\n<li>No technical stuff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instead, the <a href=\"https:\/\/isak.com.au\/your-content-reports-by-category-and-month\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Knowledgemaster package<\/a> offers &#8216;how to&#8217; help material on soft skills and other non-mandated training it says every business person needs.<\/p>\n<p>Additional soft skills training resources remain available to advisers via life companies and other industry consulting services, but we&#8217;re asking whether this is enough.<\/p>\n<p>Should there more more soft skills training for advisers?<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re not arguing the point about the merits of FASEA&#8217;s minimum adviser education standards or its compulsory exam.
