We hope our contribution will help support the recovery and prevent future damage from the bushfires.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As a global organisation, MDRT says it welcomed the first member from Australia in 1930 and that for the past 90 years, Australian members have been an important part of MDRT and actively participated in the philanthropic activities of the MDRT Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe bushfires have caused and continue to incite overwhelming destruction to the communities, wildlife, environment and people of Australia,\u201d said <strong>Brian Tarpey,<\/strong> MDRT Foundation President. \u201cWe are proud to invest in organisations that are working tirelessly to carry out the disaster relief efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MDRT has more than 70,000 life insurance and financial services professionals as members from more than 500 companies in 72 nations and territories.
