Zurich has released a significant initiative with the launch of a new adviser education platform called Zone<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Combining the resources contained within both Zurich and OnePath’s respective adviser education programs, the new package is intended to offer advisers a complete digital learning and CPD points service.<\/p>\n

Positioned as a free service made available to all advisers, the new platform (branded “_ZONE<\/a>“) is delivered under five main areas:<\/p>\n

  1. Client _ZONE: Learning around client engagement, client retention, other communication and soft skills<\/li>\n
  2. Growth _ZONE: Marketing perspectives, process improvements, best practice growth hacks<\/li>\n
  3. Inspiration _ZONE: Broader industry conversations, forward thinking, innovation ideas, master classes, webinars etc<\/li>\n
  4. My _ZONE: Shaping individual skills and capabilities, personal development, personal brand building, leadership skills development<\/li>\n
  5. Technical _ZONE: Developing personal and team technical capabilities across all stages of the financial advice process<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The content of the new package is available to be delivered in a digital context, while training will also be offered in face-to-face or group workshops once these activities are again deemed safe to resume.<\/p>\n

    Zurich notes it is working through the finer details this week but welcomes advisers to jump onto the Zone website (click here<\/a>) where it can be accessed using a Zurich Adviser Portal login for those who are already registered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
