{"id":52429,"date":"2020-10-06T09:03:32","date_gmt":"2020-10-05T23:03:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/?p=52429"},"modified":"2020-10-06T09:04:17","modified_gmt":"2020-10-05T23:04:17","slug":"wayne-schwass-and-aia-vitality-partner-on-popular-well-being-podcast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2020\/10\/06\/wayne-schwass-and-aia-vitality-partner-on-popular-well-being-podcast\/","title":{"rendered":"Wayne Schwass and AIA Vitality Partner on Well-Being Podcast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Emotional well-being social enterprise <a href=\"https:\/\/pukaup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PukaUp<\/a>, founded by AFL legend <strong>Wayne Schwass<\/strong>, has partnered with health and well-being program <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aia.com.au\/en\/individual\/aia-vitality.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AIA Vitality<\/a> to launch the new season of its popular podcast.<\/p>\n<p>The launch is timed just ahead of World Mental Health Day and a statement from the two organisations says the podcast will aim to educate and assist listeners \u201c\u2026on their journey to better know and improve their individual well-being in what has been a challenging year for all\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The statement says that Schwass will host interviews with a variety of world-class well-being experts and shed light on practical tools and strategies to manage emotional well-being.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51094\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51094\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2020\/07\/Damien-Mu.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-51094\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2020\/07\/Damien-Mu.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-51094\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Damien Mu &#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>CEO of AIA Australia and New Zealand <strong>Damien Mu<\/strong> says in the statement that the partnership between AIA Vitality and PukaUp &#8220;&#8230;aligns a shared dream between both organisations to help people lead healthier, longer, better lives and importantly normalise the conversation around mental health and well-being&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs an insurer, we have seen claims for mental health conditions increase each year, which is a major concern for Australia.
