He joined Zurich in 2018 and his previous roles at the firm include Head of Bancassurance &amp; Direct, and Head of Zurich Propositions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Before joining the firm he spent 20 years at ANZ where he was the bank&#8217;s Head of Wealth Solutions &amp; Partnerships, as well as Head of ANZ Financial Planning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong>Jacqui Lennon<\/strong> will join Zurich in February 2021 as Head of Customer &amp; Digital. Lennon, says the company, has a diverse range of industry experience leading product design, strategy, and digital development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Joining Zurich as Head of Strategy is <strong>Shaneen Marshall,<\/strong> who arrives from TAL.
