Zurich Life & Investments<\/a> has appointed Darren Wickham<\/strong> to the leadership team role of Head of Group Insurance, “…to provide focus and support to Zurich\u2019s portfolio of superannuation fund and corporate group insurance partners”.<\/p>\n

A statement from the insurer says that Wickham has deep and specialised knowledge of group insurance and retirement income.<\/p>\n

He joins Zurich from TAL, where he has spent the last nine years, most recently as Executive General Manager – Group Life.<\/p>\n

Zurich says this rounds out a nearly 30-year career as an actuary and specialist in superannuation and retirement income and benefits, including as a partner in Mercer\u2019s Retirement, Risk and Finance practice and a former Actuary of the Year.<\/p>\n

Justin Delaney<\/strong>, CEO of Zurich Life & Investments, says the company is excited to have Wickham join the executive team and that he brings \u201c\u2026deep market and technical experience to complement the global capability of Zurich\u2019s international corporate life and pensions business\u201d.<\/p>\n
