{"id":54213,"date":"2021-02-16T07:48:52","date_gmt":"2021-02-15T21:48:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/?p=54213"},"modified":"2021-02-16T09:30:49","modified_gmt":"2021-02-15T23:30:49","slug":"new-online-client-facing-fact-find-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2021\/02\/16\/new-online-client-facing-fact-find-launched\/","title":{"rendered":"New Online Client-Facing Fact Find Launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following successful beta testing, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paduafinancialgroup.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Padua<\/a> has launched Capri \u2013 a new \u2018client-facing\u2019 digital fact find that, the company says, makes this important step in the advice journey simpler, quicker and more accurate for advisers and their clients.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from the company says that Capri solves a \u201clong-standing challenge\u201d for advisers by making the process of obtaining pre-meeting information less overwhelming for clients and less time-consuming for advisers.<\/p>\n<p>It states it is the only solution that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully integrates with advice practice software<\/li>\n<li>Can send clients relevant sections in stages<\/li>\n<li>Provides a custom-branded solution that looks and feels like the practice\u2019s own branding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_54218\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-54218\" style=\"width: 156px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2021\/02\/Matthew-Esler-2-e1613358662474.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-54218\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2021\/02\/Matthew-Esler-2-e1613358662474.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"156\" height=\"215\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-54218\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Matthew Esler &#8230;they\u2019ll have the data they need to have proactive advice conversations&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The company says that the software also uses one-time password authentication \u2013 providing an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorised access to client data.<\/p>\n<p>Padua Co-founder <strong>Matthew Esler <\/strong>says the software helps advisers \u201cmake the right first impression with a seamless digital experience, and reduces the time they spend chasing, gathering and entering client data\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis in turn means the first meeting can be more meaningful \u2013 they\u2019ll have the data they need to have proactive advice conversations and start modelling different options.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8230;advisers could save around 20 minutes during the fact find process&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The company says that beta testing indicates advisers could save around 20 minutes during the fact find process &#8220;&#8230;improving efficiency by around 65 percent&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt also revealed a significant improvement in client engagement, with an enhanced digital experience and the ability to tailor the fact find according to client and adviser needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_54227\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-54227\" style=\"width: 151px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2021\/02\/AnneMarie-Esler300x300-1-e1613431456580.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-54227\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2021\/02\/AnneMarie-Esler300x300-1-e1613431456580.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-54227\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Anne-Marie Esler &#8230;a clear eye on enhancing the quality of advice &#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Advisers can customise client communication, the online portal and PDF outputs with their practice\u2019s branding.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdvisers told us clients were overwhelmingly positive about their new technology, and appreciated not needing to bombard people with too many questions,\u201d says Esler.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey can choose which pathways to send them, and exceptions reporting makes it easier to identify any gaps. This allows them to quickly prioritise client solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company says the system offers pull-and-push integration with Xplan and other financial advice practice software.
