{"id":56674,"date":"2021-07-19T11:55:25","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T01:55:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/?p=56674"},"modified":"2021-07-20T16:08:41","modified_gmt":"2021-07-20T06:08:41","slug":"countplus-member-merges-with-coffs-harbour-firm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2021\/07\/19\/countplus-member-merges-with-coffs-harbour-firm\/","title":{"rendered":"CountPlus Member Merges With Coffs Harbour Firm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CountPlus has announced that member firm <a href=\"https:\/\/uniteadvisory.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Unite Advisory<\/a> has finalised terms to acquire and merge with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbv.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bentley Brett &amp; Vincent<\/a>, an accounting and financial advisory firm based in Coffs Harbour.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from CountPlus says the transaction strengthens the team at Unite and the service they provide to the mid-north coast community.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_56675\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-56675\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2021\/07\/Veronica-Bruce-e1626657666289.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-56675\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2021\/07\/Veronica-Bruce-e1626657666289.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-56675\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Veronica Bruce.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It says the acquisition of BBV is structured as an initial cash payment of $1.445 million, with further deferred payments linked to incentive criteria in 12 and 24 months with a total maximum purchase consideration of $1.7 million.<\/p>\n<p>CountPlus adds that as part of the merger<strong>, Veronica Bruce<\/strong>, Director at BBV, will join <strong>Victoria Studley<\/strong> and <strong>Hilary Acheson<\/strong> as a Principal and shareholder at Unite.
