XY Adviser<\/a>, an online professional network for the financial advice industry, has launched a recruitment marketplace to help advice businesses attract staff.<\/p>\n

A statement from the organisation says that based on the feedback of its 4,700 strong members, it has launched its \u2018XY Jobs Board\u2019 as a way to connect employers with prospective employees “…at a fraction of the cost of other alternatives.”<\/p>\n

It adds that by virtue of the XY platform as a community of professionals, \u201d\u2026 XY hopes to create the most concentrated marketplace of high-quality talent in the advice industry.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement notes that XY Adviser\u2019s online forum regularly sees more than 100 posts per month on the topic of recruitment. Through its Jobs Board,\u00a0 members can now apply for a job and find new staff for free.<\/p>\n

For $30 per month, through an XY+ membership, members can publicly or anonymously post job opportunities when looking for talent, or post their CV if looking for a new role.<\/p>\n

The statement adds that the organisation has followed the launch of the Jobs Board with the addition of a \u2018Practice Marketplace\u2019 which connects those looking to sell or merge their business or book of clients with potential purchasers.<\/p>\n
