As CMO he will be responsible for building out an internal team of doctors to provide Zurich with technical expertise across its business.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Zurich in a full time role, Monday was a private consultant and worked with many of Australia\u2019s largest life insurers, including Zurich.<\/p>\n<p>The statement says that Pierce&#8217;s role that will see her support the marketing and communications of Zurich\u2019s health and wellbeing initiatives.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_59152\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-59152\" style=\"width: 151px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2022\/01\/StephaniePierce-1-002-e1642378153626.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-59152\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2022\/01\/StephaniePierce-1-002-e1642378153626-250x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2022\/01\/StephaniePierce-1-002-e1642378153626-250x300.jpg 250w, https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2022\/01\/StephaniePierce-1-002-e1642378153626.jpg 276w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 151px) 100vw, 151px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-59152\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Stephanie Pierce.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Previously Pierce was a Senior Product &amp; Propositions Marketing Manager; leading the global brand strategy and marketing delivery for Zurich\u2019s health and wellbeing app, LiveWell.<\/p>\n<p>Both will report to <strong>Dr<\/strong> <strong>Sally Phillips<\/strong>, Head of Health Services, Zurich Life &amp; Investments.<\/p>\n<p>Phillips says that Zurich takes a holistic approach to health, with a focus on prevention initiatives such as LiveWell and the My Wellbeing Hub as well as supporting community programs such as Tackle Your Feelings and Mr Perfect, which focus on mental wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>She says the appointments will further strengthen the organisation&#8217;s &#8220;&#8230;holistic approach to health and wellbeing across both Zurich and OnePath.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zurich Life &amp; Investments has announced two key appointments to its Health Services team.
