Association world number one tennis player, <strong>Ash Barty<\/strong>, and the winner of seven World Titles, surfer <strong>Stephanie Gilmore<\/strong>, will take on new roles as AIA Vitality ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from the insurer says that both new ambassadors have expressed their excitement for supporting the insurer\u2019s mission to improve the nation\u2019s health outcomes and to help Australians lead healthier lives.<\/p>\n<p>Barty says she is excited to be &#8220;&#8230;joining the AIA family to help make a difference in the lives of Australians,\u201d with Gilmore noting it is \u201c\u2026fantastic to be part of the AIA team and to help them inspire Aussies to reignite their approach to health and wellbeing.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_59698\" Gilmore, Australians will be coached to focus on the small somethings that will help them enhance their health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>It says the campaign presents an opportunity to depart from the \u2018all or nothing\u2019 approach when it comes to making positive lifestyle decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The company says that <em>All or Something<\/em> means giving a healthier option a go, rather than doing nothing at all\u00a0 &#8220;&#8230;choosing that small something over the extreme, such as doing an extra 10 minutes of movement or drinking an extra glass of water each day.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>AIA Australia CEO <strong>Damien Mu<\/strong>, says the company recognises that for many, making health-related decisions \u201c\u2026can seem overwhelming, particularly when healthy choices are often presented in a black and white manner \u2013 we\u2019re either on a diet or not, all in or all out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He says he is thrilled to have Barty and Gilmore on board.<\/p>\n<figure that all Aussies can look up to, and we can learn a lot about the small somethings that they prioritise every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He adds that science has proven that being consistently good is better than being occasionally perfect and that\u2019s exactly what the new campaign is about.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;All or Something<\/em> represents the space in between the extreme and doing nothing, it\u2019s the decision to run for a few minutes and then walk for the rest of the way, or to choose a salad over chips when we go to the pub\u201d says Mu.<\/p>\n<p>The statement says the <em>All or Something<\/em> campaign is the latest innovation driven by AIA Australia as it raises awareness and dialogue about non-communicable disease prevalence.<\/p>\n<p>It notes that to celebrate the new campaign, AIA Health is offering eligible customers up to $900 cash back over the first three years of their policy if they join before 31 March 2022.
