{"id":62012,"date":"2022-08-02T10:39:31","date_gmt":"2022-08-02T00:39:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/?p=62012"},"modified":"2022-08-02T22:46:48","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T12:46:48","slug":"tal-completes-acquisition-of-westpac-life-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2022\/08\/02\/tal-completes-acquisition-of-westpac-life-business\/","title":{"rendered":"TAL Completes Acquisition of Westpac Life Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TAL Dai-ichi Life Australia, a fully owned subsidiary of the Dai-ichi Life Group, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Westpac Life, the life insurance arm of Westpac Banking Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from TAL says all of Westpac\u2019s life insurance business and all existing Westpac Life policies transfer to the TAL Group.
