ClearView Wealth’s Managing Director Simon Swanson<\/strong> is to retire from his role following 12 years’ leading the firm.<\/p>\n

Replacing him is the company’s Group Executive, Technology and Development, Nadine Gooderick<\/strong>, who has been appointed to the role of CEO. She will move up on 1 July 2023, the same day Swanson steps down.

ClearView Chair Geoff Black<\/strong> says: “As the Group\u2019s inaugural Managing Director, Simon has led ClearView to become one of Australia\u2019s leading life insurance companies. He leaves the business strongly positioned to continue its growth, and capitalise on an improving life insurance market.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gooderick joined the firm in 2020 and has more than 25 years’ life insurance experience working across the Asia Pacific region.<\/p>\n

“We are extremely fortunate to have someone of her high calibre to lead ClearView into the future,” says Black.<\/p>\n

Gooderick says she is looking forward to helping shape the firm’s growth “…as we continue our transformation program to simplify and strengthen the foundation of our business”.<\/p>\n
