{"id":68814,"date":"2023-11-24T11:16:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-24T01:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/?p=68814"},"modified":"2023-11-29T05:36:55","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T19:36:55","slug":"key-iextend-appointment-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2023\/11\/24\/key-iextend-appointment-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Key iExtend Appointment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>iExtend has announced the appointment of experienced insurance executive,<strong> Kevin Goss<\/strong>,\u00a0 to its Advisory Board.<\/p>\n<p>A statement from the company says the appointment adds further depth and experience to the existing board as it \u201c\u2026continues to consider future growth opportunities and its licensing options.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i-extend.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iExtend<\/a> says existing board members include <strong>Geoff Lloyd<\/strong>, <strong>Peter Bobbin<\/strong> and<strong> Rodney Payne<\/strong> \u201c\u2026and the addition of Goss brings further industry expertise to the role, as well as continued independence, strong guidance and more than a decade of recent experience with a number of the major insurers.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_68819\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-68819\" style=\"width: 147px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2023\/11\/Kevin-Goss3-e1700785847566.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-68819\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2023\/11\/Kevin-Goss3-e1700785847566.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"147\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-68819\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Kevin Goss<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The company notes that Goss most recently worked with MLC Life Insurance, where he was National Manager Debt Protection and Partnerships and a Regional manager, Bancassurance, Direct and Digital.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this, he was Head of Adviser Distribution, Retail Advice at CommInsure where he was responsible for the business&#8217;s distribution strategy and managing the sales and support teams.<\/p>\n<p>Goss was also Head of Insurance Retail Sales at ANZ Wealth and National Sales Manager, Life Risk at Zurich Financial Services Australia.<\/p>\n<p>iExtend CEO <strong>David Sarkis<\/strong>, says they are delighted Goss is joining the Advisory Board \u201c\u2026adding further bench strength to our existing Advisory Board members who offer \u2026 industry insight and bring years of industry experience to the iExtend proposition and to understanding how it fits into a regulated market.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>iExtend has announced the appointment of experienced insurance executive, Kevin Goss,\u00a0 to its Advisory Board.
