Esencia Wealth, a firm featuring the merged entities of Advise Wise, Insight Private Wealth, Sovereign Wealth Partners, and Randle Advisory, has opened an office in Sydney.<\/p>\n

Matt Fenning<\/strong>, the newly appointed CEO of Esencia \u2013 the Spanish word for essence \u2013 says the four firms have come together to build a \u201c\u2026world-class advice business.\u201d He adds he is looking to partner with, and acquire, other firms.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe merger of the founding members of Esencia made sense because we found similarities across our business cultures \u2013 and cultural alignment is the cornerstone of a successful integration,\u201d says Fenning.<\/p>\n

The new leadership team of Esencia will include former Macquarie executive Jeffrey Wrightson<\/strong> as Managing Partner, Insight Private Wealth Principal Sam Stillone<\/strong> as Head of Growth, and former Shadforth Financial Group co-founder and Director Jim Kilkenny<\/strong> as Chairman.<\/p>\n

Commenting in reference to the nature of the new firm’s life insurance advice proposition, Fenning notes “Traditionally risk advice has been included as part of holistic advice, and for the advisers at Esencia this is an important part of their skill set.”<\/p>\n

“Providing insurance for clients is absolutely integral to Esencia’s strategy, and currently we are looking at all options available for how to best deliver risk advice as a combined group,” adds Fenning, who also says his firm will develop career pathways for staff.<\/p>\n
