Asteron has announced two adviser-focused appointments to its senior management team:<\/p>\n

Current Senior Manager Dealerships, Robyn Mohr<\/strong>, has been promoted to the<\/p>\n

\u00a0role of Asteron Executive Manager, National Accounts.<\/p>\n

Ms Mohr has been charged with heading Asteron’s alignment and support strategy with Australian Financial Services Licensees and advisers.\u00a0 She has worked in a variety of sales and distribution roles since joining Asteron from Count in 2006.<\/p>\n

ING exec, Mark Vilo<\/strong> has been appointed as Asteron’sExecutive Manager, National Sales.<\/p>\n

Mr Vilo has 20 years experience in the financial services industry, mainly with MLC and ING, and will be responsible for leading Asteron’s state offices to deliver the organisation’s IFA engagement strategy, sales targets and retention.<\/p>\n

Asteron advises Mr Vilo will also support Executive General Manager, Jordan Hawke<\/strong>, in developing an appropriate support offer in the regulatory reform domain, ensuring Asteron represents the future interests of IFAs in the advice market.<\/p>\n

Asteron intends Ms Mohr’s and Mr Vilo’s roles to be complementary and for them to work closely with the other to ensure a coordinated delivery of their objectives.<\/p>\n

Mr Vilo commences with the insurer from 6 September and both he and Ms Mohr will report directly to Mr Hawke.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
