(see: <a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2025\/01\/28\/new-life-insurance-service-standards-inside-super\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Life Insurance Service Standards Inside Super<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The timely and compassionate handling of death benefits<\/li>\n<li>Fair and efficient processing of insurance claims<\/li>\n<li>Clear, respectful and accessible communications with members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In June 2022, as the incoming Financial Services Minister, Jones said fixing the financial advice sector was one of his priorities.<\/p>\n<p>He helped introduce CLSR legislation which is receiving ongoing criticism by industry stakeholders as the fallout of Dixon Advisory continues to impact advisers faced with footing the clean-up bill.
