(see: <a href=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/2025\/07\/15\/strategies-to-maximise-client-engagement-and-business-growth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Strategies to Maximise Client Engagement<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>In suggesting advisers hold educational client briefings at least twice a year, Palfrey, of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.penguinwealth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Penguin Wealth<\/a>, mooted a briefing session on the top seven mistakes people make in their wills.<\/p>\n<p>His presentation also included seven very amusing reasons why clients should not have a will including the clincher: \u201cI have reliable information that I am <u>never ever<\/u> going to die.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So, with that in mind, we are canvassing your views on the percentage of your clients who already have a will.
