He is currently CEO of AZ NGA-backed outsourcing specialist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vbp.au\/vbp-insights\/author\/nathan-jacobsen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vital Business Partners<\/a> (VBP).<\/p>\n<p>Prior to working at VBP he held a number of senior executive positions such as MD of listed company Diverger and Paragem, and GM at Perpetual Private.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_80981\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-80981\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-80981\" src=\"https:\/\/riskinfo.com.au\/news\/files\/2026\/02\/NJ_Jacobsen.png\" alt=\"Nathan Jacobsen\" width=\"150\" height=\"180\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-80981\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Nathan Jacobsen<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In his new role Jacobsen will oversee the delivery of the group\u2019s services to accounting and advisory firms.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to Group CEO <strong>Paul Barrett<\/strong> he will\u00a0have responsibility for driving technology and integration, and building the systems and infrastructure to support the firm\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n<p>Barrett said that under Jacobsen\u2019s leadership, VBP achieved \u201csignificant operational and cost efficiencies, boosted staff and client satisfaction, and successfully launched new services\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVBP is in a strong position to continue growing and meeting the outsourcing needs of advisory businesses,\u201d said Barrett.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Advice platform AZ NGA has appointed Nathan Jacobsen as its Chief Operating Officer.
