NEOS has added four Business Development Consultants (BDCs) to its national team, a move the firm says will strengthen its support for advisers.<\/p>\n

Mark Almonte<\/strong> joins the firm’s Queensland office with more than 10 years\u2019 experience in financial services, including BDM roles with Westpac\u2019s Financial Planner panel and OnePath.<\/p>\n

Matt Wurth<\/strong> joins the BDC team with more than a decade of experience in client relationship and client services roles, having managed medium to large group insurance portfolios.<\/p>\n

Kisa Malakai<\/strong> has been with NEOS for three years and recently moved into a BDC role. She has a strong background in sales and client relationship management from the financial services and health insurance sections.<\/p>\n

James Bray<\/strong> joins the firm’s NSW office with more than 15 years\u2019 experience in life insurance across sales and operations. Most recently, he spent six years at Compare Club leading underwriting support and improving operational processes. He supports advisers across VIC and SA.<\/p>\n

In a statement NEOS said: “By strengthening our BDC team, we\u2019re better positioned to support advisers\u2019 with responsive, knowledgeable partnership and help drive strong business outcomes for their clients.”<\/p>\n
