Acenda Life has announced two key appointments to the Acenda Group Leadership Team \u2013 a Chief Commercial Officer and Group Chief People and Culture Officer.<\/p>\n

The insurer says Ross Miller<\/strong> has been appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer – responsible for leading Acenda Life\u2019s Australian commercial teams across Insurance, Wealth and Retirement solutions.<\/p>\n

Ross Miller …brings more than 20 years of commercial and customer leadership experience across complex financial services businesses.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Lisa Green<\/strong> will join Acenda Life as Group Chief People and Culture Officer, succeeding Miller. She brings over 30 years of human resources experience across Australia and the USA, spanning financial services, listed companies and media.<\/p>\n

Acenda Life says that with these appointments, Sean McCormack<\/strong> will step down as Chief Commercial Officer, after two periods of leadership with the Group.<\/p>\n

McCormack originally joined MLC Life Insurance in 2009 and rejoined Acenda Life in 2025 to lead the commercial division through the early stages of the Acenda Life and Resolution Life Australasian integration. This follows Nippon Life\u2019s acquisition of Resolution Life globally (see: Resolution Life Bought by Nippon Life<\/a>).<\/p>\n

CEO of Acenda Group, Chris de Bruin<\/strong> says the appointments position the business for the next phase of the Australian integration and growth strategy.<\/p>\n

He also acknowledged McCormack\u2019s contribution to Acenda Life.<\/p>\n
