Citing official figures, the firm’s Colin Williams also states the total for the calendar YTD is up 89 – of which 74 are new entrants – with the total sitting at 15,562.
Writing in his 13 February Financial Adviser Market Insights, Williams says a new licensee commenced with four advisers.
“It is associated with Pitcher Partners Sydney, as they work through some changes associated with Viola Group. All four advisers remain authorised at a licensee owned by Viola group,” states Williams.
His report also mentions that Morgan Stanley has three new entrants, Entireti has appointed six advisers – including one new entrant – with four advisers returning to the sector, and one from Australian Advice Network.
