AMP has made changes to its web based platform – Elevate Online – simplifying and streamlining the quoting and application process for AMP’s Elevate insurance products.
The changes will allow advisers to use tablets to quote and apply for insurance as well as compare various insurance scenarios and plans through a new interactive interface and to track applications online, from submission through to in-force.
AMP Head of Retail Insurance, Greg Johnson said the changes had already gone live and were based on adviser feedback and designed to allow them to spend more time with customers.
“The enhancements will reduce advisers’ cost to serve and, importantly, give them more time to have quality conversations with customers, helping them achieve their goals,” Johnson said.
