ANZ Wealth has released the results of a recent survey which has delivered an ‘Excellent’ rating for its new underwriting engine.
Conducted by independent firm, Intuitive Solutions, the survey of advisers ranked their experience with the new underwriting engine at a level of +53 on a Net Promoter Score scale, where any outcome over +50 is considered to be in the ‘Excellent’ range.
ANZ advises that overall, advisers rated their experience 8.1 out of 10, with 65 percent of advisers rating it 9 or 10. 18 percent ranked it 10 out of 10.
Among the high-satisfaction ratings for the new underwriting engine, the highest ranked categories were:
- Speed of application
- Ease of use
